What Therapy Offers

A space where you can be honest, explore what you need, and begin to move forward with intention.

Together we will work toward helping you create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling—not just one that looks good on the outside. That includes developing tools to manage anxiety, improve relationships, quiet overthinking, and approach challenges with a clearer, steadier mindset

In our work together, you can expect to:

● Develop clearer insight into your relationships and patterns

● Improve your connection and communication with those you love

● Build confidence in your decisions and next steps

● Learn to manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelm more effectively

● Shift from self-criticism toward self-acceptance

● Create a stronger sense of purpose and direction in your life

Working with me

I also take a values-driven approach. This means we spend time clarifying what truly matters to you—how you want to show up in your relationships, your work, and your life.

When you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, it’s often a sign that you’ve lost connection with those values. Together, we use them as a guide for decision-making, direction, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy is grounded in a strengths-based, values-driven framework, using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a foundation.

At the core of our work is the belief that you already have meaningful strengths, insight, and resilience within you—even if they feel distant right now.

Rather than focusing only on what’s not working, we identify and build on what is working, helping you reconnect with your capabilities and use them more intentionally in your life.

ACT Explained

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an evidence-based approach that helps you develop a different relationship with your thoughts and emotions. Instead of trying to eliminate anxiety, self-doubt, or overthinking, ACT focuses on helping you respond to those experiences in a more flexible and grounded way. You’ll learn how to create space from unhelpful thoughts, reduce the impact of a critical inner voice, and stay present rather than getting pulled into worry or avoidance.
