When the ground gives way beneath you

Discovering that you've been betrayed can change everything in an instant. The relationship you thought you understood suddenly feels unfamiliar, and so does the person beside you. You may be flooded one moment and numb the next, replaying details you wish you could forget, searching for answers that never feel like enough.

Maybe you can't stop the questions, or stop checking, or stop the wave of anger, grief, and confusion that arrives without warning. However you are carrying this, your pain makes sense and you don't have to carry it alone.

For Couples

Repairing & Rebuilding Trust

Rebuilding trust after infidelity is challenging work, but couples can learn to create a new chapter in their relationship, one that will feel stronger and more connected than before.

Together, we'll create a space where the hurt can be spoken and truly heard, where the partner who broke trust can understand its full impact and take meaningful responsibility, and where you can slowly rebuild safety, trust, and connection.

Eventually, we will also explore your broader relationship dynamic and heal the roots of disconnection so that you can have a future that is stronger than your past.

For Women

Healing After Betrayal

Sometimes the relationship is over, or the choice of what comes next isn’t yours to make alone — and you’re left holding the aftermath in your own body and mind. Betrayal can shake your trust not only in your partner, but in yourself: replaying what you missed, doubting your own judgment, bracing for the next blow even when none is coming.

This is betrayal trauma, and it deserves care of its own. In our work together, you don’t have to decide everything about your relationship first. We’ll focus on steadying you — calming the anxiety and hypervigilance, making room for the grief and anger without being ruled by them, and gently rebuilding your trust in your own perceptions and worth.

You are not broken, and you didn’t cause someone else’s choices. Even if it feels distant right now, your steadiness and clarity are still within you, and we’ll work to help you reconnect with them.

In our work together, you can expect to:

• Process the shock, grief, and anger at a pace you can handle

• Rebuild honest communication and emotional safety

• Move through the slow, real work of repairing trust

• Quiet the looping thoughts and hypervigilance

• Reconnect with your own clarity and worth, and find your next steps
